1. Complete-in-Box (CIB) Required
Your game must include all of the following:
▪ Original cover art (no reprints or photocopies)
▪ Game disc (100% original — no reproductions or bootlegs)
▪ Original manual (if the game originally came with one)
We do NOT accept:
▪ Disc-only, loose, or incomplete games
▪ Games missing the manual (if one was originally included)
▪ Mismatched manuals or manuals from other versions/regions

2. Disc Condition
▪ Must be 100% original (no fakes, reproductions, or demo discs)
▪ No deep scratches, chips, cracks, or bad resurfacing
▪ No swirl marks or cloudy resurfaced areas
▪ Light surface marks are okay only if they do not affect gameplay
▪ Disc must be tested and confirmed to boot/play correctly
▪ No stickers, writing, or labels on the disc surface

3. Manual Condition
▪ Must be the original manual for the correct game version/region
▪ No tears, writing, missing pages, water damage, or stains
▪ Light handling wear is acceptable — nothing excessive

4. Cover Art Condition
▪ Must be the original printed insert — no photocopies or aftermarket prints
▪ No fading, water damage, punctures/ holes, missing spines, or tears
▪ No stickers, marker, or label residue
▪ Spine must be clean and legible

5. Case Condition
▪ No worries here — we replace all cases with brand new ones
▪ We do not deduct for cracked, scuffed, or broken cases

Minimum Buy Requirement
To help us process submissions efficiently, we ask that sellers meet one of the following minimums:
▪ At least 10 eligible games per submission
OR
▪ A total estimated value of $150 or more per buy-in
We are not able to accept smaller lots at this time.

Weekly Buy Limit & First-Come, First-Serve Policy
We’re a small, fast-growing business operating on a limited weekly buy budget. Because of this, all buys are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please contact us to confirm we are still within budget for the week, before making your submission. This helps us avoid delays, misunderstandings, or the need to return unapproved items.
Submission Process
